Except for very small items, UK orders are despatched by special carrier or Parcel Post.
Despatch Time
We normally despatch orders within 2-4 working days for items in stock. We endeavour to keep all listed items in stock. If you have an urgent delivery date please advise at time of order.
Larger UK orders are despatched by carrier for delivery next working day to most parts of the UK. Saturday delivery can be arranged at extra cost. Smaller items are sent by postal services.

Using the Shopping Basket
To order any item, just click the 'Add to basket' button next to the item. You can change the quantity before you click.
Each time you 'Add to Basket' you will be taken to the shopping basket page which shows the items ordered and prices. You can review the contents of the shopping basket at any time by choosing 'review basket' on any showroom page.
You can always remove an item - or change quantity - from the shopping basket by changing the quantity shown (change to zero if you want to delete the item completely) then press the 'recalculate' button.
You can choose to continue shopping or go to the secure payments pages. When you have finished your order press the 'go to payments' button on the shopping basket page.
Credit/Debit card payment is on secure SSL encrypted pages. Most major credit/debit cards accepted and also Paypal.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email almost immediately.
We are sorry that customers cannot collect from our storage area, as we no longer have a display facility.
Simply add the items to your shopping basket and select your delivery area.
When you have completed your order go to the shopping cart and click the 'go to Payments' button. When you have entered your address details, click 'continue' and you have a choice of paying by credit / debit card on our secure, encrypted system - or by Paypal.
Please note the minimum order is £50.00 delivery.
Prices in other currencies
Credit or Debit cards - we can accept payments in UK Pounds only, your credit card company will convert automatically from your currency and will normally charge just a nominal amount for their conversion costs.
Paypal - we accept payments via the shopping basket in UK Pounds (GBP) only. When you select Paypal as you payment option, the Paypal screen will show the total cost to you in your currency (this is the simplest method of online payment showing exactly the amount you are paying in your own currency).

Orders may be placed via the website secure order system. You can also email orders and telephone credit card details (or ask us in the email to phone you for card details).

Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Please request a return address label & return them to us and we will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt.
Please advise any damage or shortages in your delivery within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt for goods deemed to be when we receive the returned items. Personalised and perishable goods are not normally returnable unless faulty or damaged.
Subject to the above, if the goods are defective the company shall at its option repair or replace the goods (or the defective part of them) or credit the price of the goods. Provided that we so request, you shall at your own expense return the goods or the part of the goods, which is defective to us. Any items returned to us must be in its original packaging. Due to its fragility, glassware is uninsured and can only be sent at customer's own risk. No credits can be given on glassware items. If you collect goods from our premises you must check the goods before leaving the premises as once the goods have left the premises they are not covered by us to your destination and credits or exchanges cannot be given.
When returning items, please ensure they are securely packed and obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier.
This information is also included with the consignment.

Ownership & Risk
The property in the goods shall not pass to the you until we have received payment by cash or cleared funds of the price of the goods and all other sums due to the company from you (which shall include sums due to our associates or Subsidiaries or from your associates or subsidiaries.) Until such time the relationship of the parties shall be regulated as follows: - We shall be entitled to inspect or repossess the goods (or goods to a similar value) by an authorised party and you will allow and procure any necessary access to such party. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to customer at time of delivery. All goods remain the property of Living Designs Co UK Ltd until payment is made in full.
